Compassion in action for Chicago’s women and children.
The Chicago Compassion Project is built on one powerful idea: that everyone deserves dignity, empathy, and opportunity — no matter where they come from or what challenges they face. We believe in fostering a compassionate city. Through grassroots efforts and the power of community, we provide practical help and direct aid to those facing economic and social hardship.
WHAT WE DO
We focus on supporting:
Women and children in economic distress
Migrant families in transition
Families living in Chicago neighborhoods that are underserved and overlooked
Whether it’s a warm coat in winter, access to hygiene supplies, or money toward rent, our goal is to meet people where they are — with compassion.
